Group Training Sessions

Current Group Training sessions are:

- Monday 6pm – “THUMP Boxing for Fitness” - Menzies Park Pavilion, Cnr Egina St & Purslowe St, Mt Hawthorn.

- Wednesday 6pm – “BOOTCAMP” - Jacobs Ladder, corner of Cliff & Mount Streets, Kings Park.

- Saturday 8am – “BOOTCAMP” - Boot Camp – DNA Tower Kings Park.

All our sessions are UNISEX.  Our training is circuit and interval based – it is catered for all levels so all can work at their own pace. We provide a full body workout with elements of cardio so it is varied and fun. Now is a great time to get started for your wedding and we can certainly help you reach your goals!
